Wow that was quite an episode wasn't it? The word that kept popping in my head is the A-word. No, not that A-word, awkward. Awkward first dates, awkward dinners with friends, an awkward first kiss and a car accident on my first date -- Awkward!
Let me begin by saying that it's extremely hard putting your life on film for the world to see. Honestly it takes a lot of moxie. Everything is captured -- the good, the bad, and the ugly. That being said let's dive in!
I am so glad that we got to see Neill practicing in the studio and hear her sing. She is incredibly talented, and I am so proud of her for following her dream.
Watching dinner with Matt and Courtney was upsetting. I hate when my friends are not getting along. I could feel the tension coming through the TV screen. You both are such amazing friends that I hope you get this behind you so you can move forward.
Well said, Tara! Courtney in no way has a problem and anything between her and Matt is completely normal! Who hasn't had that exact conversation with their best friend? I have! Your date was so cute and I was happy to see it! Drew's on the other hand...cringe worthy for all the fun reasons. Jolly green giant meets Seth Green! You staring at your lap was probably the best thing you could have done! We love you and all you stand for! Keep it up!
Tara, I think you are fantastic, but surely you didn't fail to notice that Courtney never actually apologized.
that dinner was totes awkward. I do think you and Drew are my favorite people on the show, and seem very honest and fun! :)
You are such a positive energy & I love your devotion to our 4 legged friends. Sorry, but your girl made an ass of herself 2x over. She really never threw herself on the sword with a true apology. YOUR DATE.... Grrrr...Bowling? Not judging Jody but ewww bowling. He would have gotten a lot more (class) points with a wine and sammiches picnic.
Thanks for helping out so many dogs Tara!!! As a fellow rescuer I totally understand how you feel!
I hope this show will inspire others to opt to adopt! :)
Tara, I love your positive attitude AND especially the fact that you are an animal lover and rescue all those cute dogs! You go girl!
I am completely and utterly, in awe of what a wonderful, selfless person you are. Most people with money do not think much or at all of how humanity mistreats animals. I have always had a extra ordinarily sensitive heart when it comes to animals. I too would go to the ends of the earth to protect an animal from being harmed from an ignorant, heartless human being. So it literally brought tears to my eyes seeing someone else who feels for animals the way I do. I really have no words that could express my gratitude for all that you have done, are doing, and will do in the future. My thoughts and prayers are with you always, that you may have the ability to help many, many more animals to come. God bless and again my thanks for helping those that can't help them selves.
Hi Tara, Did not think I was going to like you, but you had me at the animal shelter. Thanks for doing that, and importantly, for doing it on your show. Now, can you talk some sense into the RH and convince them to start adopting and STOP buying? : )
Tara! You're a class act and I LOVE the fact that your heart is so HUGE!! I am an animal lover too,and just am so touched by your selflessness. You are the perfect example of beauty both inside and out...
Hi Tara, I just want to commend you on your commitment to saving dogs. I work (all volunteers) for a place called For the Love of Labs Rescue out of Torrington CT. We pull animals from high kill shelters down south, SC, NC, MO, MISS, TX AL and other to foster then find them forever homes. We do a bunch of lab trains from all over the country as well. If you are ever in need please contact us. I have 2 rescues and they are the best a dane and a lab mix...fb fortheloveoflabs. Take care, Keep up the fantastic work. We are truly all kindred spirits in the never ending fight to save the lives of our furry friends. tc Beth Dwyer
