For the past year, polarizing unicorn-themed and holographic highlighters have ruled in the beauty market. While they’re certainly a delight to look at, it’s safe to say that these glitter-filled products are not everyone’s cup of tea. Even as someone who appreciates a good galaxy-level highlight every now and then, I often find myself in search of something that will give me more of a natural glow. You know, without all of that extra sparkle. If you also feel this way, then get excited because our beauty prayers have been answered: NARS has just released a brand new line of highlighters that will provide you with a fresh dewy look just in time for spring.

The brand’s new highlighters come in six shades meant to complement all skin tones: Albatross (a pale gold), Fort De France (a champagne), Capri (a pearl pink), Ibiza (a yellow gold), Maldives (a rose bronze) and St. Barths (a warm bronze). In addition to its complexion-friendly hues, the highlighting powders feature the brand’s Seamless Glow Technology, which combines micro-powder and pearls creating a featherlight formula that glides right on the skin.

Unlike other hype-pigmented versions, this finely milled powder adds a subtle hint of shimmer without those noticeable specks of glitter. Basically, you’ll look like right lighting is always hitting your face. And who doesn’t want that? However, don’t let the fine texture fool you, these powders are also buildable. So if you’re looking to shine just a little bit brighter, simply apply a few more layers with a tapered makeup brush.
