Parachute's New, West-Coast-Cool Line Will Turn Your Bathroom into a Coastal Spa

We can almost smell the eucalyptus ...

The promise of springtime is giving us a serious case of wanderlust. In our dreams, we're breathing in the smell of pine trees as we trek through woodsy trails, staring out at the ocean for hours, and jotting Jack Kerouac-worthy prose in a leather-bound journal. But, in real life, we don't quite have the vacation days to jet off to Big Sur right now.

Luckily, one of our favorite home-goods brands (remember that bathrobe with the 2,000-person wait list?!) has stepped up to bring a bit of the California coast to our bathroom. Hey, we'll take the dreamy West Coast lifestyle wherever we can get it!

Parachute Home founder and CEO, Ariel Kaye, told Most Wanted all about the inspiration behind the brand's latest bathroom collection.

"Our design team took a trip to Big Sur to unplug and indulge in this spectacular stretch of California coastline," she said. "Inspired by the experience, we created a new bath line that evokes the natural, healing beauty there." And, there was tons of inspiration to be had. "This is the first time we’ve released a full range of essentials designed to refresh and revitalize your bathroom," Kaye shared.

The aptly named Big Sur Collection features Turkish towels inspired by ancient hammams, heathered towels made with contrasting yarns, new shower curtains, and rugs that look like they belong in a seaside spa.

In short, "now everyone can bring a little bit of Big Sur home and create their own coastal retreat," Kaye said. And we're tempted to start doing that ... now! Scroll down to shop the heavenly new line.
