Luis Is So Proud of Todd

In this episode we really get to see a turning point in Todd's life and in his career. This is something I am quite proud of because I didn't think it would happen this quickly. Quite frankly I never thought it would happen at all. For me to say that is a lot because I am the kind of person that strongly believes that everybody has the ability to become great . With that said, I am extremely happy that he exceeded my expectations. It teaches you that in the end it is all about how much you really want something and how far you are willing to go to achieve it.

In real estate it all comes down to how many times you are able to take a hit and get back up. That's why you must work on yourself first before getting into anything. Only then will you understand that getting hit is an essential part of the process and not a negative thing. That's how you will succeed.

Now what do you guys think about Todd's new look? I will say that he has a girlfriend. I haven't met her, but I heard she's really smart. Maybe he'll invite me to his wedding!

As for Fredrik, I think his listing appointment was very solid and the way he chose to market it are very smart. I Hope he ends up selling it.

And for Ryan. . .I don't agree with the way he chose to negotiate his deal, but to each their own.
