David: I Respect Tomer's Need for the Number 7

David Parnes explains why he connects with his client, Tomer.

By David Parnes

A lease can often be the key to future business with a client. Thus, a lease can lead to a sale. Because our performance exceeded Tomer’s demands, I am confident #BondStPartners will represent the sale of this magnificent home when the time comes. I have a great connection with Tomer. Not only do we partner on projects, I’m currently building several homes with his family’s development company, but I get him on a personal level. And, as someone with OCD, I respect his need for certain particulars like the number seven.

I also know that someone who cares so much about the seemingly smallest detail is also meticulous about their work. And this is certainly true when it comes to Tomer’s properties. It’s rare to find a home over 9,000 square feet in the Hollywood Hills, let alone one with the kind of structural foundation Zorada Drive boasts. This home is built into the side of a hill. Building a foundation into a slope is no small feat, and Tomer’s caisson work is unrivaled in the market.
