The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star recently sold his pad for $2 million, according to TMZ, which reports that Nicolas Pakzad, the son of fashion designer Bijan Pakzad, has bought the Sunset Strip residence. It boasts two bedrooms and two baths in nearly 1,700 square feet of luxury L.A. living.

Josh first shared the news that he was selling his home just last month. And he even revealed why he wanted to move out of the pad, which he purchased for $1.6 million just 18 months ago. "I prefer high-rise living," he said at the time. "It's the boyfriend who likes houses."

The home was a labor of love for Josh and his boyfriend, interior designer Colton Thorn, who dreamed up the decor for the residence, which includes dark hardwood floors, custom cabinetry, marble countertops and a brick fireplace. No word on where Josh and Colton will next call home.

Last month, when Josh listed his home, he opened up to Variety about the market in the City of Los Angeles. "Home prices have reached upwards of $3,000 a square foot in the top areas like Trousdale and the Bird Streets," he shared. "People have finally caught on that L.A. is as desirable a location as Palm Beach or the Hamptons."
