Although it was only for a breif moment, I finalllly got to sing this week! I'll assume/hope that by now you get somewhat of an idea of how much I care about singing. My voice teacher interviews were quite interesting...not gonna lie! Each candidate I interviewed definitely had their own strengths, however were not exactly what I was ideally looking for.

After a long time of searching, I found Badiene- and you can tell how nervous I was as soon as I realized she was who I wanted to be my teacher! I admit I am quite fidgety, and Badiene recognized my constant hair pulling and nail biting as nervous habits. Overall, that day was a great experience, especially with the cameras present. You didn't see how involved my parents were in terms of my safety as I was meeting/ interviewing strangers, but please remember there was an entire camera crew with me during each interview! I was not alone; my parents were there through everything. My mother and father have both met with and spoke to Badiene countless times- my dad never misses a lesson!

I was so excited for everyone to finally hear me sing. The greatest feeling for me is after finishing a song and I hope that you've enjoyed what you have heard so far- there just may be more to come...

Just saw the first episode here on Europe channel. My eyes were caught on u first when I this first ep of NYC Prep ;) U look good, drop Sebastian, he is just a loser. Only likes girls and nothing more. Oh, and sorry for your dog. R.I.P. (I only saw this on the internet, because on europe telly it is slower here) a month slower actually :(

Did you notice Sebastian checking you out while you sang? then later he only wanted to go out with you because Taylor didn't want him! What a pig!

your very pretty and you got such a future ahead of you. i think you need to start up a relationship with sebastian. you can see it in his eyes and the way he acts around you he likes you dude. ALOT. so get on it. you two would be good for each other. put the past away and give him a chance. you'll thank me for this later.

Hi Kelli,

Not to make myself a spokesperson for any college, but I wanted to mention Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA--in case you haven't heard about it, yet.

Your vocal coach probably will mention it to you, or another school that's better for you. When I was your age, however, I do remember thinking that the REALLY good music school was (U. Cal. at) Berkeley. The first time that I heard about "Berklee," I thought that it was a knock-off of a reputable university like what you see advertised on TV.

Some of the best talent in the world including John Mayer, Keith Jarrett and NYC's eclectic and idiosyncratic Wayne Krantz have studied there.

You might want to check that out when deciding where to attend college.

Hey Kelli!

Im actually watching you sing at the benifit now on my tv! Haha! Well, i just wanted to say that i think ur voice is sooo unique and i think this show has really helped ur carreer! NYC Prep has turned into one of my favorite shows (that and One Life To Live on ABC)!! I love it! And you are probably my favorite person on the show! (Well i love Camille too! And Jesse, even though some of you guys dont really bother to put up with her) :) But I wish ya luck with ur carrer andd here's hopin to another season! FINGURES CROSSED!!! :)
