Kelli, I have to say that I wasn't impressed with you in the first episode, but I'm happy to say I was completely mistaken and changed my mind considerably with subsequent ones. I do think you have a crush on Sebastian (he's definitely NOT good enough for you as he is a player extraordinaire) but you are being smart by saying you're just "friends" now if you could just believe it. I'm also happy to read your blog and find out what appears to be irresponsible parents on the show is completely miscontrued. Knowing that your father is "being a father" during the week and not leaving you and your brother to your own devices makes all the difference. I love how you respect and value your family (as displayed when you are filmed in the Hamptons with your whole family). Keep grounded and good luck with the singing...don't get distracted by money or fame, do things because you love them and they make you happy.

Kelli, you are a Beautiful* girl with an incredible voice! I additionally went to prep/boarding school, and understand the pressures... I've watched only a bit of the show... I wish you would be more confident in yourself, and speak strongly. I hope for you to maintain your sweetness, and sincerity... don't change that. I have a love-hate moment with the scene when you and Camille are at the spa and discussing gossip- I was so beyond thrilled to hear you say "Im not a gossiper.." I hated Camilles reaction.. Additionally I hope that you've moved beyond Sebastian...if you haven't, get yourself tested; people with money can* catch std's too..
Don't compromise who you are, and don't get too caught up in money...anyone* can make money..being smug based on money is not becoming...case and point, take a look at some of your cast mates...

Kelli you are my fav character on the show. I think you and sebastian together are much cuter than him and taylor i just dont think they make a good couple. You and sebastian are definantly a better match because it looks like you guys have alot of fun together and thats good for a relationship. Taylor should stick to cole sebastian is not the right guy for her. And im sorry about your dog :(

I came across this show by accident. I'm not sure I'l continue to watch it because I'm really too old for this stuff... But I have to say, I think you'll have a very bright future no matter what you do (NOT because of your parent's money or "connections", but because of who you are). You are so intelligent, well spoken, insightful, and creative. You have more common sense than many people twice your age. That's the stuff money can't buy! Good luck with your life!

I thought it was great the way you both reacted to the smoking question. PC showed how young he was by equating smoking with age. You guys looked at him like he was nuts for thinking you would waste money on a nasty habit that makes you smell bad and look stupid.

I just watched the first episode of the show (DVR) and I have to say my friends and I all love you the most. We feel like we can relate to you and that other teens will too whether they went to private school or public school- and thats cool! Your voice sounded so pretty when you sang I was sad it was only one line- I'm hoping we will hear more of your voice soon! Congrats and can't wait for Tuesday.
PS- You are way to cool for Sebastian, but I see why all the boys like you and my brother has a little crush it seems too. hahaha

Do you feel that cast members of NYC Prep would fit into the DFW Prep [Dallas and Fort Worth, TX Prep] scene? How important of a role do you feel that the culture of New York City plays into the development of students in either private or public students?

First impression: you've got a heck of a head on your shoulders for a girl your age. I read the blogs belonging to the other cast members, and you all seem to have tremendous qualities. But I have to admit, you seem to be the most intelligent, grounded, open-minded of the crowd and will be able to go very far in this world. Your family seems to be supportive, trusting and stable. Your attitude about where you fit in 'the crowd' is extremely healthy. What's more, your sentence structure and grammar is equivalent to that of someone who's got about six years more education than you do. I can't wait to see how far you go!

Oh: FYI, this is coming from a girl who was the ugly, socially awkward nerd in high school. I have to admit, well-rounded individuals like you don't come around very often, at least around me. Thanks for making NYC Prep so entertaining.

kelli, u are definately my fave on the show..but i needed to say somethings and i havent quite figured out the message boards yet. It pissed me off when jessie got upset about there being a "real life gossip girl". no crap!!! i go to a private prep school too and we have a "real gossip girl" and "real gossip boy". stuff happens and people find out. I really think that you are a great person and I really think highly of that! I live in Chicago and think that the way things work in New York are the same in Chicago! I am very independent and would love to have my own apartment. I will be going to a public high school next year and can not wait! I have always begged my mom to let me go to a private school (preferably NOT catholic) but she always says that the school distric we live in is one of the highest in our area. I love your style SO much!! For the short clip of you singing you sound fantastic!! You will go SO far!!

I Find it a little strange that you thing your parents are strict! I was also raised with privilege, but there was also discipline and my mother would never let me live alone at the age of sixteen whether it was with one of my older siblings or not. I was born and raised in NYC and I have been around i have worked my butt off! and I do not think being dramatic and drinking on the weekends is a reward. I just think that maybe you young people who are on television and have the power to effect change should be focused on more positive things then who is wearing what? and who is dating who? Be Productive !!
