The joker of the crew, Ché met Roblé at Poughkeepsie High School and they’ve been close friends ever since. The only African-American to graduate in his class at the Culinary Institute of America, Ché has worked at top restaurants in Miami, New York, Las Vegas and Boston. Roblé calls him the “Sauce Boss,” as his specialty is whipping up purees, reductions and aioli. Ché keeps the crew grooving and rolling as he serenades his marinades.
