D’Andre is 23 and grew up in the Bronx. After losing his father at 14, he dropped out of school and his fascination with street life landed him in prison for a year. Following his release, he obtained his GED and began working at a coffee shop in Harlem where he met a chef who later introduced him to Roblé. Roblé saw his potential and gave him a job washing dishes at the NYC hotspot, Avenue. Roblé is now training D’Andre to become a chef. When he’s not in the kitchen, D’Andre loves to perform hip-hop.
