Chef Rob McCue is one of the newest full-time members of Roblé’s kitchen crew. Originally from Massapequa, Long Island, Rob currently lives in Manhattan. Rob’s influences might be rooted in American and French techniques, but he approaches food with a new-era of thinking. Rob was also one of the contestants that competed in Season 8 of the FOX reality cooking competition series, Hell’s Kitchen. After an amazing run on the show, Rob has been cooking elaborate dinners for Manhattan’s elite.
