Ryan Serhant grew up outside of Boston, Massachusetts and graduated Hamilton College in 2006 with degrees in English Literature and Theater. After college, Serhant spent a year on stage in London before moving to New York City to star on "As The World Turns" in the dual role of Evan Walsh. When the series ended, Serhant decided to pursue his passion for real estate.
Serhant has been with Nest Seekers International for the entirety of his career, and his tireless work ethic has earned him exemplary titles, top rankings, and most importantly, an excellent reputation. In less than five years, Serhant has sold nearly one billion dollars in real estate, making him one of the youngest, most successful real estate brokers in the world.
While real estate is a top focus for Ryan, he continues to grow as an actor, writer, and producer. In 2013, he created, produced, and starred in his own web-series, "Ryan's Realty Byte" for Celebuzz.com, and just wrapped his first feature film: Noah Baumbach's "While We're Young" with Ben Stiller, Naomi Watts, and Amanda Seyfried.
His achievements have been recognized by leading trade organizations that have invited him to deliver key note speeches including Lehigh Valley Association of Realtors, The ACS Home Show, Real Estate Connect 2014, and the annual convention for the world's largest real estate association, The National Association of Realtors.
In his spare time, Serhant is a budding philanthropist that supports Habitat for Humanity, Make a Wish Foundation, Share Our Strength, and Charity Water.
Serhant's motto, "Expansion. Always, in all ways" defines the growth of his career and ever-expanding team of agents, and serves as encouragement to those inspired by his remarkable achievements.
