Is Kendall Jenner Still Salty That Kylie Jenner Had More Friends Than She Did in High School?

The model may or may not have just thrown shade at her little sister.

By Tamara Palmer

Is Kendall Jenner a vengeful sister throwing shade at her younger sibling, Kylie Jenner, or is she just prone to stumbling on her words from time to time?

"I remember there was a time when I was in middle school, even high school a little bit, I didn't have that many friends," Kendall said on the Zaza World Radio podcast, recorded for Apple Music (and first reported by E!). "I was sitting in my room a lot of days crying because Kylie had so many friends, and I didn't know what to do, and it's gonna make me emotional right now."

Kendall said that she instead found friendship in her horses (yep, plural) during those years. But now that she's out of her school years and in the working world as a model and Kylie has had daughter Stormi Webster, she thinks that they've "flipped roles."

"It's crazy 'cause I really never thought that I would have more friends than Kylie," she said. "Not that that's ever a competition or should be anything we'd... I don't want that to come off weird, but again, she's so happy with the life she's living."

She has more friends than Kylie now? Ouch! That could be seen as throwing shade or getting some sort of teenage revenge. But Kendall probably chose the wrong words to describe how the sisters have essentially switched places as far as being social and having a lot of friendships and didn't mean to be shady about it.

Kendall told Elle in May that Stormi has improved her relationship with Kylie.

“It’s brought us closer together," she said. "We’ve always been very close, but we would butt heads all the time. This has made her a bit more loving toward me.”
