Sophia Bush Said She "Never Really Wanted to Marry" Chad Michael Murray — and He Shaded Her Right Back

The exes got a little shady when chatting about their ill-fated marriage.

Historically speaking, Sophia Bush hasn't exactly shied away from expressing her feelings on ex-husband Chad Michael Murray. Need proof? Check out the 2014 clip from Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen above, where the One Tree Hill actress let on that the pair's breakup wasn't exactly pleasant. More recently, Bush has told Andy even more about her ill-fated marriage to the actor.

When speaking with Andy for his Sirius XM radio show on June 13, the actress said of her five-month marriage back in 2005: "Everyone's been 22 and stupid." She added that getting hitched: "was not a thing I actually really wanted to do," but hinted that she had felt pressured by One Tree Hill producers to walk down the aisle with her then co-star. "How do you let everybody down?," she asked.

It seems that Murray has caught wind of his ex-wife's remarks. The actor took to Twitter on June 14 to post a comment that seemed to take aim at Bush by painting a perfect, if slightly holier-than-thou picture of his current family life.

"Do you know what I do every morning?," he wrote. "Wake in my loving family's embrace, make coffee & breakfast 4 the kiddos with my wife. Read 1-2 chapters of the Bible 2 start the day off right. Then we plan how 2 fill the day with love."

Murray's wife Roemer also addressed the remarks on social media. But, her swipe was slightly less subtle. Take a look:

For the record, since making her remarks Sophia has posted a message of her own. The former Chicago P.D. star let the world know that her statement was only a reflection on her own past behaviors, and wasn't intended to take aim at Murray.
