Bowler Hats and Tie Pins

Hannah dishes on her love of Lord Wedgewood's style.

Watching last night's episode, I remembered the day Robyn walked into the store. "Is she for real?" I wondered, and as it turned out, she was...all too real, in fact. It took every ounce of patience Rosie possessed to deal with her. Personally, I’m not that calm. I'm glad things worked out for Robyn and Mark in the end, but it really did make me think about the combination of pre-wedding jitters, a prima donna personality, and pregnancy hormones. It's not pretty. And just so you know, I have a new fashion icon -- Lord Wedgewood! If you see me wearing a bowler hat and a tie pin, don't be surprised. I'm not so keen on following his culinary example. Scones are fine, but I doubt I'll be trying spotted dick anytime soon.

I am so glad that spring seems to actually be here. Even walking down the street the other day I noticed that more people seemed to be in a good mood. I'm happy to finally retire my boots and allow my calves to see the light of day. Now the biggest sartorial hazard is the puddles left behind by April showers (and getting splashed by speeding taxis). Note to self, invest in a good pair of rain boots.
