I've been having a great time "behind the scenes" of reality TV as Costume Designer of MTV's hit reality series Randy Jackson Presents America's Best Dance Crew, cycle 1 and 2. I've also continued my custom "Red Carpet" high end line and have enjoyed traveling and on-air appearances, as a spokesperson and fashion expert. I'll forever appreciate my time on the first cycle of Project Runway, it continues to be a great video resume.
My favorite winner of Project Runway is Christen (I cannot remember his last name nor the season he won.) He is quite a character and crafted some wonderful pieces (some a little "way out" which is why I think he's so great!)
I couldn't find any info on him at this site....I'd like to know "What's he doing now?" With his great talent, I would hope he's among the top designers!!!

I really felt you should have won. your designs are impeccable. why is it so hard for persons to win that show? is it hard for persons of color to make it in the fashion world? anyway i know u will go far. good luck
Kara saun is soooo obviously talented and should've won. Most of the challenges were won by her?? Doesn't that count, obviously not. Reminds me of the same situation witg Korto. Makes me think now that no matter how obviously talented and how much of the challenges they win; they're never gonna actually win. It's SAD that America still hasn't gotten past stigmatising and 'blocking' black people from doing their thing
Please, enough with the "she didn't win because she's black." It's just so ridiculous anymore and regarless of anything else you may put in your blog, as soon as you suggest a black person was "blocked," by this group of people, a great many people are tuning you out.
Hi Disappointed in the choice of runway 2010. Will not watch the show again nor buy any of the judges clothing lines again. Very disappointed. Emilo won the entire competition and showed sophistacation and did not win...
I am sure the viewing rating will drop...It is going to be like Reuben won American Idol and Clay got the lucrative deals..............
I agree with those who said they will not watch this show anymore. I think I stopped watching after season 3, and then watched a bit on and off. When Kevin Christiana was kicked off for a red prom dress, I was rather floored, honestly. So, I stopped watching the show altogether. EVERYONE! THE DECISIONS ARE ALSO MADE BY THE PRODUCERS!!! It's OBVIOUSLY not based on just talent, because Wendy would NEVER have made it to the final three in season 1 if that were the case.

First and foremost I think that WENDY PEPPER should not hav made it to fashion week. She was hateful vendictive and just plain shrude. The post office challenge she had the audacity to cry agbout a mustache drawn on her daughters picture /which i thinkl she did it herself was a bit too much. All the under handed backstabbing things she did then she cries I DONT KNOWY THEY DONT LIKE ME WHAT HAVE I DONE. she lost her damn mind. She was the less talented person there.
Kara Saun u are most amazingly talented and i want u to know that i respect your humbility and u have taught me a lot.What i mean is your such a lady.please dont change for anyone or anything.

Not that my opinion really matters but I feel like the top 3 should've been Kara, Austin, and Jay. I really feel they kept wendy on just to make a show for the t.v. I will admit she had a few items I did think were nice but not for her to be in the top 3.... but O Well. As for the final winner Jay I really, really loved your work and I felt you or Kara should get it, but I really felt like Kara had the better designs and I feel she was robbed. I also thought you showed a little bit of backstabbing Jay when it came to the end with her shoes. I don't care what none of yall say if you had that kind of hook-up you would've used it also. I belive alot of jelousy came out when it came to Kara, she was being called Ms. PERFECT... like she did something wrong. Girl keep your head up and know that when man says no.... GOD say YES,,, Great Job Kara & Jay....!
