In the last 9 months since the conclusion of Project Runway cycle four, I've been busy attending fundraisers and meeting with new clients. I've been designing a large number of wedding dresses, including two wedding outfits for the new bride of Sheer Genius, contestant Ben Mollin. I'm trying to branch into other markets as well, including a 100% organic cotton men's underwear line that should be available on my website by late fall. I've recently been made the Assistant Curator at the Museum of Science & Industry. I'm also in the planning stages of opening my first store on Chicago's north side by the spring of 2009, focused mainly on custom-made wedding dresses and accoutrements.
