Sweet P: Needing Someone To Agree
Taking advice from other pays off.
What did you think when Tim brought you into the Hershey store in Times Square?
Yikes ! Are we using candy ?
Have you ever worked with such "fabric" before?
What ? Are you kidding? Of course not.
How much did Christian's opinion of your original dress influence your decision to scrap it?
Intuitively I knew I needed to scrap it and needed someone to agree with me.
Were you happy you decided to change the design?
Oh yes. My initial idea was to create a print from the different colored teddy fur and an embellished waist piece from the different bits of pottery. It ended up looking like a granny quilt which is so not my style.I thought my second outfit looked cute. Although simplistic in design my goal was a sort of Hershey kiss meets Barbie. I think I achieved that. Katie looked Fantastic.
What did you think of the other designers' work?
I loved Kit's and Rami's. I think Rami's girl looked like a Hershey animae. So Great. And Kit's kit kat punker girl was AMAZING. KIt kat. Perfect.
What were your thoughts on having Zac Posen as guest judge?
It is always interesting to discover who our guest judge is. He's so cute.
Standing in the final two with Elisa, what was going through your mind? Did you think you'd be sent home?
No, I definitely did not.
How did this affect your confidence level heading into the next challenge?
Not at all.
Finally, of course, what's your favorite Hershey's candy?
Reeses Peanut Butter Cup
