Malan Breton has been very busy since the third cycle of Project Runway. He has presented at fashion week on four separate occasions, and his solo presentations received outstanding press reviews. After opening a store, Malan decided to move into wholesale, opening offices in the Garment District. Malan Breton and his collection have been featured in hundreds of media publications, along with being featured on Australia's Next Top Model. He has dressed Minnie Driver, Martha Plimpton, Nikki Blonsky, Jody Watley, Alec Mapa, and numerous others. Malan will be launching a handbag and a diffusion handbag collection, worn by Ricki Lake, Nikki Blonsky, and others, and also has plans to introduce a menswear line on the NY catwalks. As an acting contributor to the DallasMorningNews.com and LA'G, Malan has had the opportunity to interview several prominent designers, including Max Azria, John Bartlett, Luca Orlandi, and more.
Malan was invited by Princeton University to lecture on the art of individual style. He remains highly involved in charity work, and is involved in a number of organizations, including GLAAD, Amfar, BCEFA, DIFFA, Action Against Hunger, Chefs for Humanity (with his dear friend Cat Cora).
