Party Theme: Theme: Red and Purple. Our Grandmothers are part of the "Red Hatters" (as they like to call themselves), and every time the get together they have to wear red and purple. We thought, let's have our own Red and Purple party, only let's make it Fabulous.
Special Recipes: The meal was not complete without Red and Purple delicacies: Red Shirley Temples and Purple Poi!
Moment of the Night: After watching Project Runway, we had a not-so-high-fashion gift exchange, where we exchanged "fashionable" that cost us no more than $5. Some of our favorites: a pin-up girl fanny pack, coconut purse, and a pair of home-woven Tim Gunn and Heidi Klum leg warmers.
