1. Coffee stunts your growth.
Bone loss has everything to do with your calcium intake, not your caffeine addiction. So now you have even more reason to take a little milk with your coffee.
2. Coffee causes dehydration.
Coffee is made of water, people!
3. Coffee will sober you up.
This myth is a bit of a bummer. A late-night latte will not save you from a hangover.
4. Coffee will keep you up at night.
Drinking a cup of coffee six hours before bed can delay sleep by one hour, so as long as you time your last Starbucks run correctly, you should be fine.
