Throughout her pregnancy, "Persian Barbie" Lilly Ghalichi got dolled up on the regular, even if she did feel like she was carrying "a giant watermelon." In fact, Lilly was so committed to her glam — and her brand! — that she wore a full set of lashes in the delivery room, and took the time to post an Instagram Story and let her followers know which ones she chose. The glamorous new mama shared a photo which showed her hand clutching an apropos box. Emblazoned with a sketch of a nipple spurting out milk, the box read MILF.
