Asa Soltan Rahmati shares why she's hopeful the group can stay together.
Bravotv.com: Do you think you'll be able to change people's opinion about the veil?
Asa Soltan Rahmati: I want to raise awareness around an issue that's very polarizing and at the center of many misconceptions -- humanizing the women underneath the veils and lending them a voice in a world where nobody hears them.
Bravotv.com: Do you believe that Mike can make things right with the group?
ASR: Mike can absolutely make things right with the group, if he cares enough. We go way back and our friendships are sacred.
Bravotv.com: How did you feel coming out of the reunion?
ASR: I have hope coming out of the reunion. Real friendships (much like real love) can go through difficulties and come out the other end stronger. We have to keep an open heart and remember what we love about each other. Honesty is the most important element in this process, because trust can only be built on honesty.
