I'm going to skip going into detail about each contestant's style and story. Now it's time for me to get personal.

I'll start with Anthony because he thinks that I'm always on his back. He's right about that but he might not understand my reasons behind it. Anthony came into this competition as one of the most experienced hairdressers. I had my eye on him from day one as the potential winner. He coasted in the first few challenges, not really pushing himself to go beyond what he does on a daily basis. We really didn't see Anthony's true potential until the last few episodes. I was always on his back because I wanted him to stretch his talent. Anthony is a fantastic stylist. He listens to his clients, he compromises with them, and his personality is calming and confident. He is one of the best colorists on the show. Any client would be comfortable with him because he is comfortable with himself.

Ben's best attribute is his charming, genuine personality. He is so funny and has such a great energy. It was hard for me to figure Ben out at the beginning because I was taken aback by his tattoos and piercings. I wasn't sure what we were in for. He just needs more experience. He grew leaps and bounds during the show because he soaks up information like a sponge. If he believed in himself more, he would be an amazing hairdresser. I'd love to see where he's at in two years. If he sticks with it he's going be brilliant. He's a great guy.
