The Final Cut

In the final episode, the three remaining stylists have a one-on-one meeting with Allure Editor-in-Chief Linda Wells as she reviews their portfolio and critiques their performance on the show. During the final elimination challenge, the stylists cut, color, and style four different models ranging in age from 16 to 60. Famed celebrity stylist Sally Hershberger joins as the final guest judge, and one lucky contestant wins $100,000 in seed money courtesy of Nexxus Salon Hair Care, an apprenticeship with Nexxus, and a chance to style hair for an Allure magazine feature.
