Southern Charm mom Kathryn C. Dennis was on birthday party duty this weekend, and she proved to be the hostess with the mostest. To celebrate her son St. Julien Rembert Ravenel turning 2 years old, the southern belle decked out a white cake with star-shaped candles, and served the treat with balloons, festive napkins, and (of course) paper hats.
Dressed in the same cherry-red hue as her adorable son, Kathryn enlisted the help of her daughter Kensie, 3, to sing a sweet rendition of the birthday song. And — though we couldn't quite make out his head — we're guessing the mystery man who helped St. Julien blow out his candles is the kiddo's dad, Thomas Ravenel.
It looks like the at-home fête on November 10 wasn't the only celebration for St. Julien's special day. (After all, how often does one turn 2?) On November 12, Kathryn shared more snaps from a place that was filled with cakes and party hats. For the second event, the Charleston native wore a spiffy, off-the-shoulder white top with flowing red pants, while her son gamely rocked the same color combo. Fans gushed over the adorable image, leaving legions of red-heart emojis.
But, another image Kathryn posted also got lots of feedback. Under a photo of the mom with her pal Craig Conover, Instagram users were quick to type up comments like: "Wish these two would date!!!!!"
But for now, we just hope sweet St. Julien's birthday wishes came true.
