Really?! Moment No. 2 - P is for Problems
The P in Mister P evidently stood for problematic, because he really gave Tabatha a hard time. He couldn't ever seem to admit when he was wrong or made a mistake. And some of those dye jobs we saw him do were big mistakes. He actually made one of the students cry because she was so unhappy with the cut and color. You'd think someone who's been in the industry for 37 years would be able to execute a 'do that would at least keep his client from bursting into tears. Yikes. (I will admit I loved his line, "I'm not god, and there's no magic shop across the street.")
Really?! Moment No. 1 - Flavio of Love
The biggest shock of the entire episode was simply that fact that the staff and students didn't keep it together for the cutest little old man on the planet, Dr. Flavio. LOOK AT THIS GUY!
How could you possibly allow this man to possible become homeless? Hopefully business continues to boom post-takeover so Dr. Flavio can enjoy retirement and take a fabulous vacation. The man has definitely earned it.
Im goin to have to say # 3 is the top "Really?!" moment. but.. the transformation you made happen with Mister P. is monumental.. he should be called Mister T for being a mister TRANSFORMATION! Tabatha you literally worked a fast miracle on him and his attitude.
As "Beauty School educator's" we posted this on our school FB to bring awareness for our student body to watch this piece...and boy what a piece it was!!! A piece of work, we are so happy that you all loved on this school, bringing a new level of passion that ingnited the staff, so they could turn the proverbial corner and realize the opportunity they have to make a difference in a young stylist life!!!! Hair peace from Palomar Institute of Cosmetology...San Marcos...CA THANK YOU TABITHA AND TEAM...WE LOVE YOU....
I think Mr. P and Cathy represents a lot of stylist who have been in business for years. They needed to learn new methods and ways of applying color and perm. They need to take their personal style of out the consultations. In addition, Mr. P's attitude transformation was a miracle. He was long overdue and I hope he continues with the positive transformation. I thought it was very "sad" when Mr. Flavio said "my daughter doesn't want me in her home" and she didn't say a word. How sad. The overall transformation of the school was GREAT.
