No More Naps at Salon Mogulz

Tabatha explains how she got Tanzy's salon back on track.

    Apr 4

Tanzy also had an issue with shopping that not only was affecting her business financially, but was making her staff think she cared more about herself than the business. Tanzy and her staff were totally oblivious to the bad behavior and thought that doing “good hair” would be enough, but let me tell you, it isn’t. This complacency had filtered into every aspect of the business, and it needed to change in order for the business to grow and save it from closing.

Most of the staff was open to growing and diversifying their business to keep up with the area… except for Stacy! I wanted to challenge them all and see if they really had what it takes to service a more diverse client base and also to tap into the celebrity of Nashville’s country music scene, so the models sent in were not only Caucasian they were all connected to county music. The stylists had what it takes, and they did a great job; they just needed to be more confident and open.

Very happy about Season 5. What a fun first episode. It was great to see the staff at Mogulz open to critiques and change. I'm so glad they're doing well. I wish them all the best.

So, Bravo, when is Season 3 coming out on DVD? (And will the never-aired-after-the-first-week episode of the Christopher Hill Salon be included? And if not, can you tell us why? What happened?) And when is Season 4 coming out? I want the Full Tabatha in my DVD collection, please.

Welcome back Tabatha, stacy is a character he had me laughing when you were talking, all he heard was wah wah wah. because he was so focused on your jacket. and the part where you told him to keep dreaming about your jacket, and you keep dreaming about his station having nighmares. too funny.

Tabatha great episode! I liked the lighter side of you! Too much harshness, even when deserved, isn't that much fun to watch while relaxing and watching tv! You were firm, fun, and so helpful to the salon and their appreciation was obvious.

I was a hairdresser for many years and had the good fortune of having an African Amercan teacher come in 2 days a week to teach us colloquiel curls on those old irons that heat up in their little ovens! What an advantage and I pursued a great clientele!! Too bad there were no flatirons back then!

I would think team Mogulz had the real advantage, because they are very skilled and it showed in their work! Curling straighter hair is much easier!

I loved this episode. Tabitha made a huge difference but everyone in the salon was upfront about what they did that contributed to the state of the salon. They were so grateful and humble to learn. I want to take a trip just to visit the salon and get a cut.
