Robert Moreno and Jody Garcia opened Tantrum Salon five years ago, but since that time their partnership has become strained. Garcia got married and had two children and now spends more time as a stay-at-home mother than a business owner. Moreno creates chaos in the salon, and as a result the staff is left with no management or leadership. Moreno resents Garcia’s absence from the business and she feels pulled in opposite directions – the two partners aren’t communicating at all. Tabatha tries to repair their dysfunctional partnership to save the business and leads Garcia to make the most important business decision of her life.
