Coming to a town near you is the dream team of Andy Cohen and Anderson Cooper!
The pals have lined up three dates for their upcoming "AC2: An Intimate Evening with Anderson Cooper & Andy Cohen—Deep Talk and Shallow Tales" shows, which kick off next month. And given their joint love of all things pop culture, we expect a lot of candid dish to take place during the jaunt.
The guys will take their "unscripted" show, which will feature the two guys chatting in front of a live studio audience, to Boston, Miami and Chicago beginning in March. So far the twosome will play Boston at the Citi Performing Arts Center, Wang Theater on March 21. Then, on April 18, they will head down to Miami to play the Fillmore Theater, Miami Beach. And finally they will land in Chicago at the Chicago Theater on May 16. All shows are slated to begin at 8 p.m.
If rehearsals are any indication, laughs will be had by all those who attend. "AC2!! We are planning our tour over lunch today - & cracking ourselves up in the process," the Watch What Happens Live host shared on Instagram.
Given how Cohen and the CNN anchor met, fans should expect plenty of good chemistry between the two on-stage. Back in December, on an episode of Watch What Happens Live, the two guys revealed the somewhat romantic origin of their friendship.
"We were set up on a date years ago," Cohen revealed on an episode featuring Copper. "We had a phone call to talk before we went out on a date and I don't know how but both of us sort of decided, based on that one phone call, 'We're not going to go on that date,'" Cooper added.
