Ok, ok, the cat's out of the bag. Our Andy Cohen is moving from the Bravo Clubhouse to studio 8H (for one night, anyway).
Andy will find himself between some of the funniest ladies ever to grace the SNL stage on Monday night's "Women of SNL' special. Parked on a set eerily reminiscent of the Real Housewives of New Jersey season 1 reunion, Andy plays ringmaster to a reunion of SNL ladies -- Molly Shannon, Maya Rudolph, Tina Fey, Nora Dunn, Ana Gasteyer, Rachel Dratch, Cheri Oteri, and Kristen Wiig, all decked out in their finest Housewife-looking gear, complete with one-shoulder dresses and hair extensions galore.
"I can't believe this actually happened," Andy blogged of his SNL moment. "I could look at these ladies all day. I am their biggest fan."
And what do the 'Wives have to say about the upcoming parody? "This is awesome. SNL is doing a spoof on #rhnyc. I am laughing so hard. I love this. If I could host a SNL show, my life dream would be [complete]" The Real Housewives of New York City's Kelly Bensimon tweeted. Who ever said our ladies didn't have senses of humor?
A tip to the SNL writers: A true Housewives reunion requires a whole lot of security -- we don't want Andy getting thrown around again.
