Avicii Has Enlisted Fredrik Eklund's Team to Sell His Stockholm Pad
The Swedish DJ has enlisted the services of the #MDLNY agent. And his luxe home could be yours — for a price.
Charttopping DJ/Taylor Swift doppelganger Avicii has enlisted Fredrik Eklund and his team to help sell his luxurious Stockholm apartment (because when in Sweden, right?). The music star's home is modest in size at 69 square meters (aka 742.71 square feet), but definitely doesn't come on the cheap. According to a local report in Leva and Bo (which the Internet has kindly translated for us), the home, located in the Ostermalm district of central Stockholm, is currently on the market for $6.9 million.
The loft-style apartment includes two rooms and a kitchen, with the bathroom and kitchen done up in all black. According to Johan Holmgren, a broker at Eklund Stockholm New York, the home has incredible views of the area. Fredrik opened up about working with the Swedish star on Instagram over the weekend.
