Aviva Drescher on 'White Trash' Drama: 'I Became Unhinged'

The NY Housewife says she regrets namecalling towards Sonja and Ramona.

By Mike Hess

It's the insult heard 'round St. Barths, and it will blow your mind when it airs on the upcoming episode of Real Housewives of New York City this Monday. After finally  losing her cool, Aviva Drescher drops a bomb on Ramona Singer and Sonja Morgan, declaring that the two are "white trash." And, like many who get caught in in the heat of a fight, she's not too happy about what she said.

"The reason that that slipped out of my mouth is because after about 25,000 times of being pushed to the edge, I became unhinged," Aviva tells HollywoodLife. "It just slipped out of my mouth and I don't believe in namecalling. It was a mistake, and there are better ways of communicating with people."

And having seen the upcoming episode, we'll just tell you that it is start-to-finish awesome -- and Aviva knows why.

"You're going to see me get very angry ... it all comes to a head on Monday night," thanks in part to her big blowout, as well as some lingering effects from LuAnn de Lesseps much-discussed night with a Johnny Depp doppelganger.
