Feel Like a Real Housewife with Pampering and Beauty Services That Come to You

Consider these companies any time you need a treatment fit for a Bravolebrity.

By Alesandra Dubin

Once upon a time, beauty professionals and massage therapists dispatched only to the homes of the rich and famous. But the tide has officially turned. Now, a range of new companies will send glam and pampering teams right to you — at your house, office, hotel, or wherever you are — with a few quick swipes and clicks on an app or website. Most won’t even bust the budget, so consider these six companies not just for super special occasions — but for any time you need a bit of pampering fit for a Bravolebrity… and accessible to the rest of us!

Glamsquad

This app-based service sends out stylists for hair and makeup to wherever you are in New York, Los Angeles, and Miami. An additional service for nails is only offered in the New York area so far, but Glamsquad has plans to roll out services to multiple other cities soon. The company offers its signature menu of inspirational looks, with all beauty services done in tandem; your get-ready sesh won’t take more than an hour out of your busy day.

Soothe

Soothe's massage-on-demand service is now the largest provider of massage in Los Angeles, serves eight other U.S. regions, and has plans to be in every major city within two years. Use the app to make your pick for a massage style: deep tissue, Swedish, sports, or couple’s. The cost is just $99 per person for an hour — or pump up your indulgence to a celeb-worthy two hours for $169 — and all prices include gratuity. Your therapist will be at your service in as little as an hour from booking time.

Stylisted

This online platform dispatches beauty pros from a wide, vetted network. The hook here is that you can actually browse the portfolios of hair and beauty experts to find exactly the right person for your taste preferences (at a wide range of price points). Then just add the services from their profile to your cart. Stylisted currently serves Chicago, New York, and Los Angeles.

Vênsette

Founded by It-girl Lauren Remington Platt, Vênsette also provides at-home hair and makeup services, with each completed in 45 minutes or less. There’s a $200 price point for traditional hair and makeup combined. Or, for a super-special event or photo shoot, try the $300 V.I.P. experience, which includes a 15-minute consultation and gets you camera-ready in two hours or less. Vênsette currently serves New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and Miami.

Priv

Priv works similarly to some of the other beauty apps, but provides a ton of additional services. Pick from the likes of blow dry, hair cut, makeup, fitness, massage, manicure, spray tan, and services for men. Choose one or more at a time, and off you go for a night out. Priv is available now in New York, the Hamptons, Los Angeles, Orange County, Austin, and London.

Zeel

Zeel sends out fully licensed and vetted in-home massage therapists in the New York metro area, Long Island and the Hamptons; Southern California including L.A., the O.C., and San Diego; Miami, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, and Palm Beach; North Jersey; and the San Francisco Bay Area. Unlike Soothe, Zeel adds the cost of a tip. Expect your massage in as little as an hour from booking online or through the app.
