“He's never been under so much scrutiny,” B. says after their Gilligan moment.

What happens when you mix sea sickness, a busted GPS, and frosty temperatures off the coast of Block Island, RI? “We soiled ourselves,” Bethenny Frankel explains to Anderson Cooper about her lost-at-sea adventure with Jason, another couple, and her therapist Dr. Amador. “We were panic-stricken.”

To add to the intensity, one member of her Bethenny Ever After camera crew couldn’t swim. Hold on, there’s more. “When [Dr. Amador] walked in on me in the bathroom, that was kind of a low-point in my therapy. I was like, ‘You know what, I'm healed. I was insane; you've driven me more insane.’”

And what about Dr. A.? How did he survive the relationship building exercise turned coast guard rescue mission? “I'm now giving my therapist therapy by the way,” Mrs. Hoppy adds. “He's never been under so much scrutiny after this thing. I'm doing sessions for him now.” Although -- believe it or not -- Bethenny says some good did come from her not-so-smooth sailing excursion. “We did not argue, my husband and I. We actually got along fairly well and no one blamed anybody for dragging them on this ship of fools.”
