Beyoncé Made a Wedding Anniversary Video and the World Is Freaking Out

The only appropriate response to such cuteness is a sparkling heart emoji.

Beyoncé and Jay-Z got married on April 4, 2008, which makes today their nine-year anniversary. Bey has just released a new video and version of "Die With You" on husband Jay-Z's streaming service Tidal in honor of the milestone; she originally dropped the song there in 2015 to mark their seventh year. The new "Die With You" requires a subscription (or starting a free trial) to view and hear in its entirety, but she shared a sweet sample on Instagram that's worth watching. Cute, unguarded moments between husband and wife flash by, but seeing their daughter, Blue Ivy, from birth to lipstick-kissing her now-pregnant mama's belly is what really tugs at the heartstrings.

With lyrics like, "I open my eyes so I can see with you and I live so I can die with you," this song is a pretty far cry from the rage anthems of Lemonade. Her revisiting it now gives us hope that they'll ring in a decade next year and be happier than ever.

The video release has prompted plenty of sparkling heart emojis on Instagram. And a ton of tears on Twitter.

Bey also made a IV Ever Ever playlist to celebrate their anniversary. It's a sonically expansive 63-track affair that features songs like Prince's "When We're Dancing Close and Slow," "Kiss of Life" by Sade, "Nude" by Radiohead, and "Glory Box" by Portishead.

Is April 4 a national holiday yet? No one should have to work on such a momentous day.
