With Labor Day weekend quickly approaching, you have about a week left of summer to flaunt your hot bikini bod, so you better make it count. Luckily, the ladies of The Real Housewives of Orange County have revealed their secrets to PEOPLE during a round of five questions to help ensure your body is in tip-top shape during your last summer hurrah.

Heather Dubrow has a simple answer: "Well, hello, work out." Meghan King Edmonds echoed that sentiment, suggesting you should pick up some weights, while Kelly Dodd recommends eating protein and staying away from carbs in order to get toned. 

But we'll need to come back to Shannon Beador for a response after she's had a little more time with her new fitness routine. "I wouldn't be able to answer that question right now. I'm working out," she said. 

And if your body isn't where you want it to be just yet, you can always follow Heather's morning routine. "I try not to put in my contacts too quickly because I don't want to see everything in, like, totally clear-focus so I still think I look incredibly young and 25," she joked. 

Or you can embrace your body and all its changes, just like Meghan. "I like big butt, and I cannot lie," she said while filling in the blank in the "Baby Got Back" lyric. "Seriously, I'm pregnant, and I now have a butt for the first time, and I like it a lot."
