Bobby Giancola Defends His Decision to Share a Smooch with a Charter Guest
The #BelowDeckMed yachtie said the "situation was completely different" from Hannah Ferrier's fling.
Bobby Giancola got lucky in the lady department in Tuesday night's episode of Below Deck Mediterranean. Not only did he match with one of the charter guests on Tinder, but he also ended up sharing a smooch with her while out on a jet ski. It was a move right out of a James Bond movie.
However, this moment also had some fans scratching their heads a little bit considering the fact that Bobby seemed to be critical of Hannah Ferrier communicating with charter guest Jason Ziegler earlier this season. But the deckhand explained on Twitter Wednesday that he was never upset with Hannah for locking lips with a charter guest. "I was concerned with what was said about us on the iPad," Bobby tweeted to one fan.
Bobby told The Daily Dish in May that he started off this season not looking for love, but rather, just hoping to be the best deckhand he could be. "Coming into this season with romances, I wasn't looking for one. I just wanted to learn my job better, solidify my job in the career of yachting," Bobby shared. "But sure enough, there's gonna be pretty girls on the boat."
