How to Watch

Watch the Top Chef Season 21 premiere on Wednesday, March 20 at 9/8c on Bravo and next day on Peacock.

This week, the former Top Chef cheftestant opened his third Family Meal restaurant in Ashburn, VA, which adds to his growing restaurant empire. The location started serving up delicious dishes like Fried Chicken with Buttermilk Biscuits, Pickles and Hot Sauce as well as Hotcakes with Pimento Cheese, Maple Bacon Jam, Pickle Relish when the season-six runner-up opened its doors on February 25.

"I am thrilled to bring the Family Concept to a third community in the Mid-Atlantic," Bryan said in a statement about the 5,200 square-foot eatery, the first outside of his native Maryland. "This restaurant is personal to me and my family and I look forward to sharing it with the families in Ashburn. Our menu offers something that will please adults and children alike by highlighting unique approaches to classic dishes."

The James Beard Foundation Award-winner opened his first Family Meal in Frederick, Maryland in June 2012. He opened another spot just last month in Baltimore, Maryland. The Virginia location will also include some locally-influenced dishes on the menu.

"The successes of the existing Frederick and Baltimore locations have allowed us to achieve our goals of expanding the concept within our restaurant portfolio," his business partner Hilda Staples added. "We look forward to our growth here in Ashburn, and the continued expansion following this location."
