Captain Lee Rosbach Salutes the Late Alan Rickman: "A True Master of His Craft"

Tributes came pouring in from the #BelowDeck boss and other Bravolebs on social media after the actor's death Thursday.

British actor Alan Rickman died from cancer at the age of 69 Thursday morning. The actor had a career full of beloved and iconic roles, including Hans Gruber in Die Hard and Severus Snape in the Harry Potter series.

Alan touched the lives of many during his time on screen, including Below Deck's Captain Lee Rosbach, who expressed his admiration for the late actor on Facebook Thursday. "A true master of his craft. RIP Mr Rickman," Captain Lee wrote.

He also played a sinister land owner, opposite Tom Selleck in Quigley Down Under. A true master of his craft. RIP Mr Rickman.

Many more Bravolebs paid tribute to Alan on social media after hearing the news of his passing. A few even showed their love for another one of his memorable roles in the 2003 holiday film Love Actually.
