Hungry? We are. That always seems to happen whenever Caorline Manzo rolls out a new recipe. This time, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star is offering a taste of her pasta primavera on her blog:
Start by rounding up these ingredients:
1 zucchini, sliced
1 bunch of asparagus, sliced
1 package of sliced mushrooms
2-3 diced plum tomatoes
2-3 garlic cloves, sliced
1 pound of rigatoni pasta
4-5 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and fresh ground black pepper
"Sauté the garlic in the olive oil on medium heat," Caroline writes on her site. "Add the zucchini, tomatoes, asparagus, and mushrooms. Cook until vegetables are cooked through."
