Have Sandra Bernhard and David Letterman Finally Settled Their Beef?

It was back in 2015 when Sandra Bernhard revealed that she was "heartbroken" that she hadn't heard from David Letterman in a long time and that "the phone is quiet" when it comes to getting booked on the Late Show during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen that year. Cut to two years later, and David has since retired from hosting the late-night chat show, and it seems that relations have warmed between the comedian and the bearded funnyman. 

The former pals saw each other at the SiriusXM Studios, and they definitely had a moment. "We ran into him, and I hadn't seen him in a very long time 'cause he didn't have me on the show for a really long time. So I was really nervous to see him, and he couldn't have been sweeter," she shared on Tuesday's WWHL.

Sandra then confessed to always having a bit of a sweet tooth for the sometimes-cranky talk show host."I sort of had a mad crush on Letterman all those years," she said. "And back in the day, he was really fun and he was into it. When he moved to CBS, I don't know, he cleaned the decks. I mean, I just didn't get it, but it was nice to see him."

Andy Cohen then queried if she touched his now-signature beard. "I didn't touch the beard," she said. "I touched his d***. Why waste my time with a beard?"
