Dina Manzo's Daughter, Lexi, Looks Grown Up and Glam as She Turns 21

Little Lexi is all grown up! Dina Manzo's daughter, Lexi Ioannou, officially turned 21 on Wednesday, and she celebrated her birthday in style.
Can we all just take a beat and process the fact that Lexi is now 21 years old? We first met Lexi when The Real Housewives of New Jersey premiered in 2009 when she was still just a kid.
Even Dina is marveling at Lexi's transformation from girl to woman. "That little geeky girl with the candy obsession is all grown up and 21yrs old today. I could go on and on about how proud I am blah blah blah but she already knows all that!" Dina wrote on Instagram. "Shine on @bohochicken shine on. (Ps No she hasn't had an ounce of plastic surgery, she gets it from her mama) Party tonight in NYC!!! Whoop whoop!!!"
Dina flew all the way from her new home in Los Angeles to New York, where Lexi is currently studying at Fordham University, to help celebrate her daughter's big 2-1.
