In a revealing interview, Fergie came clean about what it was like to be addicted to crystal meth. The singer has always been candid about her past struggles with drug addiction, and now she's opening up more to reveal the frightening hallucinations she experienced while under the influence.

Speaking to iNews, the "Milf$" singer said: "At my lowest point, I was [suffering from] chemically induced psychosis and dementia. I was hallucinating on a daily basis. It took a year after getting off that drug for the chemicals in my brain to settle so that I stopped seeing things. I’d just be sitting there, seeing a random bee or bunny."

Fergie's altered brain chemicals also led her to believe that the CIA, the FBI, and a SWAT team were tracking her every move. She recalled having been in church, convinced that an infrared camera was "trying to check for my body" while a SWAT team waited outside.

Thankfully, Fergie has long since kicked her addiction, and has had a productive career and a rich personal life. The singer has just released Double Dutchess, her first studio album in 11 years. She's also a devoted mom to 4-year-old Axl Duhamel, and has nothing but kind things to say about her ex-husband and co-parent Josh Duhamel

"I’m super-proud of [Josh]. He just wrote and directed a movie called The Buddy Games — his first directing job — so now he’s in the editing bay," she excitedly told iNews. Talking about the place her life is in now, Fergie added: "I think I must have guardian angels."
