First Look at Season 8 of 'Million Dollar Listing L.A.'
The California brokers get creative (and even more cutthroat) in the upcoming season of #MDLLA.
Bravo Media, which recently earned its second consecutive Emmy nomination for Million Dollar Listing New York, premieres a supersized episode of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles on Wednesday, September 2 from 10-11:15pm ET/PT. In season eight, Josh Altman, Josh Flagg, James Harris, and David Parnes return to a market completely transformed by skyrocketing prices and inventory at an all-time low. This “seller’s paradise” is a realtor’s nightmare as outrageous demands force the agents to get wildly creative and even more cutthroat. Luckily, a slew of wealthy international buyers have flooded the market and celebrities are on the prowl for bigger, hotter, and more exclusive properties…and the sky’s the limit on the price tag.
The pressure is on for top-producing agent Josh Altman, who joined real estate powerhouse Douglas Elliman and has pledged to sell “a million dollars of real estate a day.” But that extra burden doesn’t jive with fiancée and co-worker Heather Bilyeu, who is eager to rebuild their relationship after calling off the wedding.
Still reeling from the death of his beloved grandmother, Edith, Josh Flagg has committed to honoring her memory by “always moving forward.” With boyfriend Colton at his side, Flagg is more aggressive than ever as he aims to dethrone his nemesis Josh Altman and become LA’s top-selling real estate agent.
The Brits, Davis Parnes and James Harris, are back after a record year of sales and are determined to make their British Invasion bigger than ever. David’s burgeoning commitment to his girlfriend, Adrian, has prompted him to build a dream house for them to live in and he just might get to do so if his business partner James doesn’t sell the property behind his back first. For James, the demands of his job tug against the responsibility he has for his wife and two young daughters. When work stress mounts, the Brits lash out, causing them to not only clash with competing agents, but also each other.
