1. Million Dollar Listing New York
"I don't feel this hostility... We're cool. It's good," Fredrik told Ryan on Thursday's MDLNY. It's the friendship we've been hoping would blossom for years -- and now things are so cool between them that birthday party invites are even being tossed around.

Ryan's life is changing in a lot of ways -- and that includes the fact that Emilia's sister is moving out and looking for a place of her own. And, much to Ryan's dismay, he's a little sad to see her go: "Now my whole life has just changed."
