"Watching my wife @theheatheraltman go through this pregnancy has been eye opening. One thing I learned through this process coming to the final few weeks till we give birth to our baby girl, is that a woman's body is the most incredible thing in the world. For women to go through this process makes, my wife and all mothers, my hero and definitely way stronger than I could ever be," the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent shared. "I'm so proud of how you have handled each step of this life changing experience, especially the days that have been challenging and not so fun. I'm so excited and proud of you @theheatheraltman for being a champ throughout this pregnancy and as hard as the last month stretch is, I promise to give you extra foot messages and can't wait to have a little addition to our family. You are going to be the most incredible mom to our Alexis. Love you!"

Heather shared a behind-the-scenes video from the glamorous shoot, and also reflected on her upcoming role as mom.

"Pregnancy has been an incredible, life changing, eye opening experience full of excitement and happiness but also challenging and difficult where at times I didn't think I could do it anymore. I have enjoyed every step and curve and bump (no pun intended) along the way and have embraced my ever changing body!" the mom-to-be wrote. "I thought I knew how I was going to feel but this pregnancy has been so empowering as a women, more than I ever thought! I am so blessed to have been allowed to go through this experience with such a great support system from my friends and family but especially my husband @thejoshaltman who has made me feel more beautiful than I ever have. In these final weeks, I'm definitely being tested as the discomfort sets in and my baby girl kicks and turns and dances to her 3 week countdown but I wouldn't have it any other way. I'm so excited to meet you, my little princess and hold you in my arms."

Pregnancy 🤰 has been an incredible, life changing, eye opening experience full of excitement and happiness but also challenging and difficult where at times I didn't think I could do it anymore. I have enjoyed every step and curve and bump (no pun intended 😜) along the way and have embraced my ever changing body! I thought I knew how I was going to feel but this pregnancy has been so empowering as a women, more than I ever thought! I am so blessed to have been allowed to go through this experience with such a great support system from my friends and family but especially my husband @thejoshaltman who has made me feel more beautiful than I ever have 😍In these final weeks, I'm definitely being tested as the discomfort sets in and my baby girl kicks and turns and dances to her 3 week countdown but I wouldn't have it any other way. I'm so excited to meet you, my little princess 👸🏻 (or maybe a blonde 👸🏼) and hold you in my arms #AlexisKerryAltman. This photo shoot was something I had to do to document my growing miracle and to embrace all that the female anatomy can do. I had so much fun with my team who made me feel confident and gorgeous 💄@chauntallewis and 💆🏼 @Jonathan_colombini and a special thank you to my incredibly talented and dear friend who did me the biggest favor of shooting me @shanevaldes. This was his first and probably last maternity shoot. Haha. You captured the most epic images ever and Josh and I are so grateful. I don't think anyone else could have made me feel more comfortable... "Keep working it Heather!" You are the best! We love you! The photo shoot was done when I was 6.5 months pregnant and I got to eat donuts during the shoot! Amazing! #maternityshoot #3weeksleft #pregnant #embracethecurves #behindthescenes
