The Hot Felon's Ex-Wife Has Feelings About His Relationship with the Topshop Heiress

Jeremy Meeks first made headlines several years ago after his mugshot was released and he quickly became known as the "hot felon." Well in the years since we were introduced to Jeremy, his name has remained in the headlines. And now we're hearing from his ex-wife, Melissa Meeks, who is opening up about her divorce from the prisoner-turned-model and his relationship with Topshop heiress, Chloe Green.

Melissa called the relationship "heartbreaking" in an interview with ITV, according to The Sun, and added, "I had no indication he was looking for another relationship. People who are married, you go through your ups and downs, I thought it was a new chapter in our lives, we'd have to get over the hump and it would be fine."

Chloe and Jeremy first sparked romance rumors back in June after they were spotted together vacationing in Turkey. "He was just apologetic for how things came out and how hurt I was by it," Melissa shared this week. "I don't really think there's any denying it based on the photos that were out there."

Jeremy and Melissa, a nurse, had been married for nearly a decade — and Jeremy filed for divorce earlier this month, according to Us Weekly. They have one son together, Jeremy Jr., 7. She noted in her ITV interview that she doesn't see any chance of a reconciliation. "That's my husband of 8, 9 years, I love him deeply, I still do. It's very hard when I think about what happened," she said. "I wish I still had my husband to go home to ...  but I don't believe there is any hope."

Jeremy became internet famous back in 2014 when his mugshot went viral. He was released from prison in 2016, after serving time on a felony firearms charge.
