How David Foster Supports Yolanda 'Through the Darkest Days'

The #RHOBH star shares a touching photo in her husband's arms.

Yolanda H. Foster has called her battle with Lyme disease a "nightmare." But the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and mother of three has also remained positive and appreciative of her family's support during what she's described as a very difficult and painful time.

"When Love is real it finds its way," Yolanda captioned an intimate photo of songwriter husband David Foster holding her and kissing her forehead. She shared the pic on Instagram calling David "my love."

On her Bravo blog earlier this year, Yolanda shared the severity of her condition after a relapse in December. "I have lost the ability to read, write, or even watch TV, because I can't process information or any stimulation for that matter. It feels like someone came in and confiscated my brain and tied my hands behind my back to just watch and see life go by without me participating in it." But Yolanda praised her family, writing, "I am blessed with the unwavering support of my husband, my children, and a handful of true friends."

Shortly after that post, David told People that he wasn't sure he always rose to the occasion. "I fail some days," he said. "You know, I get cranky and then I realize that she's got it 100 times worse than me. But I just do my best."

His best includes one old school romantic gesture practically unheard of in these days of Twitter and Instagram: proclamations of love. "My wife loves a love note more than she loves a piece of jewelry," he told the mag. "It is actually harder to do a love note than a piece of jewelry because I got to, like, sit down and really think about what I'm writing."

It looks like David's best is quite good enough. Looking peaceful in their most recent photo, Yolanda added the hashtags, #ThroughTheDarkestDays and #Loyalty.
