Hurricane Florence and its aftermath has hit close to home for Southern Charm's Danni Baird. One of the areas hit hardest by the storm, Wilmington, North Carolina, holds a special place in her heart as an 8-year resident of the city and graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington.

Now Danni is doing her part to provide relief for the victims of Hurricane Florence. The talented Southern Charm artist has not only dedicated a new piece titled "Carolina Lowcountry for Life" to all those impacted by the storm, but she will also be donating 50 percent of all of the proceeds of one of her prints to Hurricane Florence disaster relief now through October 31. "This Pier I painted was from an area of Wilmington, NC where I used to babysit when I attended college at UNCW. It's now destroyed," Danni described the painting on her website. "PLEASE Join me in supporting those suffering from the catastrophic aftermath of this hurricane."

Danni later thanked fans for their "amazing support" of the disaster relief effort so far.

Fellow Charmer Shep Rose is also assisting with disaster relief, pledging all of the proceeds from the sale of Shep Gear's "Carolinas on My Mind" T-shirt to benefit residents of North Carolina and South Carolina dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Florence. The Real Housewives of New York City's Bethenny Frankel has also been hard at work organizing disaster relief. She personally chartered a plane to deliver supplies and cash cards to Hurricane Florence victims on Wednesday.
